At CardYeti, we've streamlined our returns process to make it as hassle-free as possible. Whether you're returning an item because it's not what you expected or it arrived damaged, we're here to help. Please read through our policy below and follow the instructions for a smooth return experience.

Packaging Your Returns

Ensure that all returns are securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

Returning Unwanted Products

  • You can return products for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for the return postage costs for unwanted items.
  • Single cards must be returned in the condition they were received.
  • Sealed products and accessories must be returned in their original, undamaged, and unopened packaging.
  • Products not returned in the specified condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Products

  • Faulty items or items damaged in transit before reaching you can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please contact us first with details and images of the fault or damage. We will provide a postage label for the return, free of charge.
  • Normally, faulty or damaged items are replaced or exchanged with identical products.
  • If a replacement or exchange is not possible, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Missing Orders

In line with our standard procedures and the policies of our courier partners, please be aware that while most orders are delivered on time, there are occasional instances where packages may be delayed or lost in the logistics network.

According to these policies, we are required to wait 10 working days after the dispatch date before we can file a claim for a missing parcel. We kindly ask for your patience during this period. If, after 10 working days from dispatch, your package still hasn't arrived, please email us with your order number. Our team will then look into the missing package and, if necessary, process a refund.

  • Please note, to proceed with a lost in transit claim, you might be asked to fill out and sign a ‘Confirmation of Non-Receipt Form’ as part of this process.
