We accept returns only if the seals are unbroken and the item is in its original condition. You are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us safely and in the same condition it was received. When returning an item, please include your order number or confirmation email to facilitate efficient processing.
For orders that meet the above conditions, items can be returned within one month. Otherwise, the standard 14-day return limit applies.
